PORT ST. LUCIE — Brandon Nimmo will begin his 10th season playing for the Mets on Opening Day next Thursday (which also happens to be his 32nd birthday).
By far the longest-tenured Mets player, Nimmo has endured a rough spring training, with knee soreness curtailing his activity. But Nimmo resumed playing this week and appears ready for the opener.
He took time this week to speak with Post Sports+ about the approaching season and changes to his life off the field.
