Jordon Hudson checked an unexpected item off her bucket list on Saturday.
Bill Belichick and his 24-year-old girlfriend showed rapper Lil Wayne the ropes in Chapel Hill over the weekend, where the trio posed for a photo and spent time together at an indoor UNC practice facility.
Captioning her Instagram post, “I didn’t realize this was a bucket list item until I did,” Hudson stood beside the 42-year-old rapper and the Tar Heels’ new football coach, 72.
“Two legends,” Carolina Football’s X account gushed of Belichick and Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.
It’s certainly been a memorable birthday week for Hudson, who shared snippets of her gifts Friday that included a bouquet of red roses and a custom Tar Heels jersey with her name and the No. 24.
The former college cheerleader has been supporting Belichick as he embraces the next chapter of his storied coaching career for the first time at the college level.
The eight-time Super Bowl winner spent 24 seasons of his career in New England, where he won six championships alongside future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady.
Belichick and the Patriots parted ways last January following a dreadful 4-13 campaign.
He missed out on the NFL hiring cycle in 2024, as the Atlanta job he interviewed for went to Raheem Morris, and instead pivoted to sports media opportunities.
Before the year concluded, UNC announced Belichick as the football program’s next coach.
“I’ve always wanted to coach in college football. It just never really worked out. Had some good years in the NFL, so that was OK, but this was really a dream come true,” Belichick said at his introductory press conference in December.
Now preparing for his first season with the Tar Heels, Belichick is feeling refreshed following a spring break getaway to Florida with Hudson last month.
The couple soaked up the sun in Jupiter, where they engaged in a playful photoshoot with Hudson doing acrobatic moves in the air as Belichick balanced her body using his feet.
Their relationship was first revealed last summer — three years after they initially crossed paths on a plane.
UNC opens the season at home on Sept. 1 against TCU.
