And there was also reason to starve, get drunk and be miserable when the Cavaliers erased every inch of a 23-point deficit and stormed past the Knicks, 108-102. That made it an even 0-8 against the Cavs and the Celtics, the two best teams in the East, and 0-10 of you toss in the Thunder, the best team out West. Grisly times at the Garden.
