The City of Brotherly Love isn’t living up to its name after someone stole Super Bowl champion A.J. Brown’s car Sunday night.
“Dear Philly- To whoever stole my car last night, I’ll make a deal with you,” Brown wrote Monday morning on X, before later deleting the post. “Bring back my car and I won’t press charges, or when I find you today, it’s going to be what it’s going to be. Take it or leave it my guy.”

Brown doubled down on his subtle threats to the thief on his Instagram Story in a minute-long video.
“Come on Philly, you stole my whip last night,” Brown said. “I’ll make a deal with you bro, just bring the whip back bro, I won’t press charges … you’re smooth with it, though, you pulled up at 3:42, you got up out of there at 3:45. You’re fast on your feet, real fast, but I’ll show you how fast I am on my feet … you might as well pull back up and drop [the car] off bro. We know where you’re at right now.”
Just hours after posting his message to the thief, Brown followed up, reporting that the car and the theif were found.
“We already got the whip,” Brown said. “See, I told you to just turn the car back in … now you gotta deal with the consequences man.”
Brown went viral in January for arriving at an Eagles playoff game in a Honda Accord, a fairly modest car for a wide receiver signed to a $96 million contract.
Considering his deal with the Eagles, and the fact that his Instagram rant directed toward the thief was posted from inside another car, it’s safe to say that the Accord isn’t the only vehicle in Brown’s arsenal — so, it’s unclear if the Honda is the stolen car in question.

It’s also unknown if the robbery was targeted or if Brown was simply unlucky.
With everything sorted out, Brown added some humor regarding the crime, telling fans how his son saw his “da-da” talking with police Monday morning and instantly was reminded of the children’s TV show “Paw Patrol.”
“Everybody’s got jokes this morning, huh?” Brown said. “Now the joke’s on you.”
